Having trouble with your Kaspersky Antivirus

While making the Kaspersky account, it is necessary to enter a valid email address. This email address can be used every time you want to access the Kaspersky account. Kaspersky allows users to change their email addresses if they want to. Here are some of the methods you can follow to easily change your email address in your Kaspersky account.

Solution 1.

1. First of all, you are required to access the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Management Console. 
2. After that, you have to click on the link that contains your account name. 
3. And then, click on the Manage user account option. 
4. Next, the window of User account settings will appear on the screen. 
5. Afterward, you are required to click on the Email address option in the left pane. (Now, on the right side, the Email address field will open on the screen. (type your new email address in its specific field and then enter your current password.)
6. Once the earlier process is done properly, click on the Save option. 
7. Lastly, you are required Return the option to head back to the Management Console. Also,  click on the sign-out option to exit the portal. 

Solution 2.

1. Firstly, double-click on the Kaspersky icon to launch it. 
2. When the app opens on the screen, you need to move to the email address in the upper-right corner and click on it. 
3. After that, a drop-down menu will show up on the screen. 
4. From the options, click on the Account Settings button. 
5. Then, you are required to choose the email address tab. 
6. Next, type your valid new email address in the field. 
7. After that, you need your current password for the Kaspersky account. 
8. Furthermore, click on the Save option. 
9. After that, a message will be sent to your email address that contains the link to reset the password.
10. You have to click on the link to open it and change the link by following the further instructions. 
11. When the above process is done properly, you can use the new email to access your account from now on.
