Having trouble with your Kaspersky Antivirus

Solution 1. Temporarily stop the Kaspersky antivirus from your device.

1. In the beginning, you are required to go to the system tray in the Taskbar and right-click on the Kaspersky icon.
2. After that, you need to open the application settings window.
3. When you are on the main application window, choose the Settings tab, or in the context menu of the application icon, click on Settings.
4. Next, the settings of the Kaspersky Firewall component will display on the left part of the screen.
5. Then, you have to deselect the Enable Firewall check box to stop Kaspersky.

Solution 2. Uninstall the Kaspersky antivirus from your device.

1. To uninstall the Kaspersky antivirus from your device, you first need to click on the Start option on the taskbar. 
2. After that, go to the search section of the open screen and type apps.
3. And then, click on the Apps & Features option from the results. 
4. When the apps & features window is open on the screen, try to find your Kaspersky app option and right-click on it. 
5. Afterward, from the open option, choose the uninstall option. 
6. You need to choose the yes option if you are asked to confirm the uninstallation process.
