  • Incompatibility issue: You won’t be able to install the ESET antivirus incompatible with your computer if your device does not meet the basic hardware requirement.

Solution 1: Check if your system meets the following hardware and software requirements for ESET products to perform optimally.

  1. Ensure you use a Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or higher device. ESET Products are compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, and 7 with the latest Windows updates and Windows Home Sever 2011 64-bit.
  2. Your device must have Intel or AMD processor, 1 GHz or higher.
