Having trouble with your Webroot Antivirus

You can remove your credit card information from your account if you want to use another payment method for your Subscription. However, it is not possible to remove credit card information manually from your account. When necessary to withdraw your credit card details, users can only replace the details with another credit card. Otherwise, you can update your credit information by following these steps.

1. First, log into the Webroot management console. 
2. Then, click on Settings on the top navigation bar. 
3. Then, click the Account information. 
4. After that, press the Usage console button. 
5. Now, My Billing portal will display billing information. 
6. Then, click the Update card in the top right corner to update your process. 
7. Also, you can start the update process by clicking Replace with a different card during the payment process. 
8. Again, My Billing screen will display. You need to enter the credit card number, Expiration month/year, and card verification code. 
9. When you put all the information, click Save & Next to continue. 
10. Now, fill in your Email address, first name, last name, address, country, city, postal code, state, province, or region. 
11. When done with filling in all information, click on Register to move forward. 
12. Once the credit card information is updated, a message will appear saying your credit card was successfully updated.
