  1. Go to the Webroot icon in the Menu and close SecureAnywhere by clicking on shutdown SecureAnywhere. 
  2. Confirm the message saying Webroot is not working on your screen to move forward. 
  3. Then, move to the Finder icon and click it to open. 
  4. Next, open the Application directory. 
  5. After that, pick the Webroot program icon and drag it to the trash. 
  6. Now run the uninstallation by clicking on Uninstall. 
  7. Confirm that your System is connected to the internet. 
  8. Now, download the software via a default browser extension. 
  9. Then, download the SecureAnywhere installer. 
  10. Launch the SecureAnywhere installer by double-clicking on the .dmg file. 
  11. Now, save the installer into the Applications Folder. 
  12. Launch the Webroot SecureAnywhere software and insert the activation keycode to activate the software. 
  13. If the problem reoccurs, reboot your computer to resolve the issue on Webroot SecureAnywhere.
