Having trouble with your Webroot Antivirus

Generally, you will have to add a device to your account by sending an enrollment invitation to users. The users may have more than one device. However, the steps to send the invitation are different; the process is the same. The User will receive an email or text invitation and follow the instructions to use the link.

There are the steps required to add a device to a Webroot account.

1. First of all, visit my.webrootanywhere.com.
2. Then, select the Mobile Protection option. 
3. Now, click on the Devices tab. 
4. After that, click on Add a device. 
5. Then, select one option from the ownership drop-down menu: 
   • Company 
   • Employee 
   • Not specified 
6. Enter the phone number of the device owner in the given field. For the other devices or tablets, you can add another phone number for the User. 
7. Thereafter, select either Existing User or New User. 
8. If you choose New User, enter your first name, last name, and email address. 
9. Then, choose any one checkbox at the bottom of the panel to select the method to send enrollment instructions: 
   • Email enrollment instructions to User 
   • Email enrollment instructions to me 
   • SMS/Text enrollment instructions to User 
10. 5. Once you choose the option, click Save to send the enrollment invitation to the User.
