Having trouble with your Kaspersky Antivirus

Kaspersky users need to add their credit card details to take the subscription plan. After that, your plan will renew automatically every time it ends. But it allows you to change or remove credit card details at your convenience. Here are some of the methods you can use to remove your credit card details from your Kaspersky account.

Solution 1.

1. You need to start by visiting the official website of Kaspersky on your computer system. 
2. After that, enter the account details to activate the My Kaspersky option. 
3. Then, head to the Subscription tab and select the option Manage subscription.
4. In the next step, click on Payment details. 
5. Furthermore, you have to redirect to the Nexway website. And choose the Change payment method in the Payment details section. 
6. In the last setup, you can remove your card details from the website. 

Solution 2.

1. First of all, access the official website of Kaspersky on your device. 
2. And then, go to the upper right corner of the screen and click on the link with your email. 
3. After that, a drop-down menu will open up. 
4. Next, you have to click on the Account settings option. (A list of payment options will appear on the screen to edit on account settings.)
5. In the payment method card, you need to click on the Details link option. It will view the subscription that is linked to this payment method. 
6. Now, you can choose the payment method if this method is not useful for you.
