Having trouble with your Avira Antivirus

Solution 1. The settings of your Avira product.

1. First of all, you have to go to the Avira icon on your PC and then right-click on it. 
2. Now, a list will show up on the screen where you need to choose the Manage Antivirus option. 
3. After that, you have to click on the Settings option that is located at the bottom left corner of the screen. 
4. Next, you are required to choose the General tab. 
5. Now, below the General box, click on the Acoustic Alerts option. 
6. Furthermore, for the listed options, you need to choose the “No warning" radio option.
7. Thereafter, in the left panel, click on the warnings option. 
8. Then, you need to deselect the box "Show notice if the virus definition file is out of date." 
9. Now, you are required to click on the Apply option and then OK.
10. Moreover, right-click on the Avira icon once again and select the option Real-Time Scanning bar. 
11. And then, you have to turn it off in case you find it on.

Solution 2. With the help of the Local Security policy tools.

1. First, click on the Windows icon to open the Start menu on your device. 
2. Then head to the search bar type local security policy and hit the enter button. 
3. Now, you will be redirected to the Local Security Policy window.
4. In the next step, you need to choose the Software Restriction Policies option. 
5. Furthermore, click on the Action tab. 
6. And then, you have to choose the option New Software Restriction Policy. 
7. Next, go and double-click on the Additional Rules option. 
8. Moreover, click on Action and choose the New Path Rule… option. 
9. Now, below the path text box click on the Browse option. 
10. From there you need to move to the Avira folder. 
11. There you are required to choose the  Notification file. 
12. Next, for the security level option you have to choose the Disallowed option. 
13. Once that's done, you should click on the Apply and then OK option.
