Solution 1. Change the Startup type to Automatic

3. When the Services console is open on the screen, find the Avast antivirus and right-click on it to choose the properties option. 
4. Make sure you are on the General tab, and then open the drop-down menu next to the Startup Type and choose the Automatic option. 
5. Later, it is required to select the Apply option to save the changes. 
6. Furthermore, select the Start option in the Service status in case the service starts running. 
7. Again, in the Services window, find the Remote Desktop Service option. And then choose the Properties option.

Solution 2. Uninstall the current version of the app
