  5. Go to the Additional Rules option and double-click on it.
  6. Next, click the Action button and choose the New Path Rule option.
  7. Below the path text box, click on the Browse option.
  8. From there, head to the Norton folder. There you are required to choose the Notification file.
  9. Next, select the Disallowed option for the security level option.
  10. To finish the process, click the Apply and then OK button.

Sometimes, your Norton product does not automatically resolve a risk, but it gives you recommendations to resolve the risk. To fix these unresolved issues:
  1. Open your Norton product on your computer.
  2. Then, next to Device Security, you will see the My Norton window; click Open.
  3. Double-click Security in the Norton product main window, and then click History.
  4. In the Security History Window, select Unresolved Security Risks in the Show drop-down list.
  5. In the list, if you find any resolved risks, select them.
  6. Then follow the Recommended Action in the Details pane.
