Solution 1. Check if your password is correct

4. Now, you need to type your account email address and click on the Continue option. 
5. Next, you will receive an email to change your account password link. 
6. Click on the link and select on Reset Password button. 
7. You need to create a new password and then click on the Continue option.

1. Open any other website to check if the Avast server is down. If the other websites open, that means the Avast server is down. 
2. You need to wait for a while and then again try to log into your account.
