  7. In case the User Account Control window is open up on the screen, click on the Yes option. 
  8. When the Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool is loading, click on the Yes option. 
  9. Now, you need to type the Token ID provided by the Technical Support Engineer and choose the Connect option. 
  10. When the session ends, choose the X button.
