Having trouble with your Trend Micro Antivirus

1. Open the product you are using on your PC. 
2. After that, head to the Policies option. 
3. Then, to configure the “Policies,” you need to double-click on it. 
4. In the next step, select an anti-malware option and go to the General tab. 
5. Now you can choose to enable the scan.
   • If you want to perform the scan using the default settings, click the Default option. 
   • Choose the malware scan configuration option if you want to customize the scan you want to perform. 
   • You can disable the scan by choosing the No Configuration option. 
6. At the last step, click on the Save option.

You can follow the below steps if you want to activate the Trend Micro password manager on your device-

1. First of all, launch the product by double-clicking on it. 
   • If you are not using Trend Micro yet-
     • Choose the Create an account option. 
     • You are required to fill up the required information and then choose next. 
     • Go to the Provide your Premium version Activation Code and click on it. 
     • Then you are required to enter the activation code then select the Yes option. 
     • When you see the confirmation message, click on the Yes option. 
     • If you are already using Trend Micro, sign in with your email and password. After that, click on the Next option.
2. Select the Open Password Manager option. 
3. After that, write Vault Manager and click on Enter option.
