No, deleting your ESET account does not impact your subscriptions and licenses. To cancel your ESET subscription, log into your ESET account with your username or license ID. Find your active subscription and turn off auto-renewal. It will prevent ESET from charging you for subscription renewal. But your subscription will remain active unless you ask for a refund. Contact customer service to cancel your subscription and request your refund.

Depending on your country, ESET will give you a different phone number to call. The customer care contact number can be found at the bottom left of ESET’s homepage. Ensure you have all the important documents, such as your public license ID, username, license key, and email address.

If you don't want to use the ESET product anymore, then you must follow the steps mentioned below to delete your ESET account:
  1. Visit the ESET website and log into your account.
  2. Click your email address at the top of the page.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select My account.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the My Account page and choose "Delete account."

After your ESET license expires, you have a 14-day grace period. You will be notified in your ESET Business Account halfway through the grace period. And after 14 days, your ESET PROTECT cloud use will be suspended and inaccessible. You can access the suspended EET Protect Cloud again by adding a new ESET Protect Cloud-eligible license to your ESET Business Account.
